Process
The payment process involves a 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon completion. The deposit is refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.
A contract will be drawn prior to payment to protect both the buyer and artist.
Upon receiving the payment, you have 48 hours if you wish to cancel for a full refund. After 48 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable and I will then create sketches and compositions until you as the client are satisfied with the result.
I will then take the remaining 50% and we will stay in touch throughout the whole process until you are happy but note that revisions will be kept to a reasonable amount to avoid delays for other clients.
