We make every effort to accurately display our artwork, colours, designs and product descriptions. However: Colors may vary depending on your screen settings. Handmade and custom pieces may contain slight variations. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products without prior notice.
4. Custom Commissions
For commissioned artwork: A deposit may be required before work begins. Clients must provide accurate project details and requirements. Revisions are limited to the number specified in the commission agreement. Significant changes requested after approval may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to decline commission requests at our discretion. Once a custom artwork has been approved by the client, additional modifications may be subject to extra charges.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in £ (GPB). We reserve the right to: Change prices at any time. Correct pricing errors. Refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or digital files are delivered unless otherwise agreed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe. Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the items sold, refunds are not accepted unless the artwork arrives in damaged condition then a replacement artwork may be sent. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artwork, custom orders are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. All digital downloads and digital artwork sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, logos, graphics, content and materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of artbyapisces and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not: Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or sell our content. Use our artwork for commercial purposes without written permission. Claim ownership of any artbyapisces artwork. Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly stated in writing.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, images or other content: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share such content for promotional purposes. You confirm that you own or have permission to share the content. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive or inappropriate.
